Final Notes

- By submitting this form, you confirm you have read the terms and conditions of 2012 Camp Europe program.

- Succesful applicants will be invited to an interview.

- Not succesful candidates will be notified via email.

-After a succesful interview, applicants will get a Preliminary Placement Offer Package

-By accepting the placement offer, ALL applicants must sign the Memorandum of Understanding and send via email copies of ALL documentation by April 30th, 2012.

-Placements will be confirmed ONLY upon full payment of the total fee.

Documents required:

- Photocopy of a valid passport

- Photocopy of a Non Criminal Record certificate (obtained within the last 10 months)

- Photocopy of a valid first aid certificate.

- Any other teaching certificate *optional

- Photocopy of Plane ticket
